Overview
Mio Assicuratore simplifies insurance management for both clients and agents - covering policy management, onboarding, and customer interactions across an agent intranet and a client-facing web app.
01 - Project Vision & Strategy
The platform serves two distinct users - agents managing clients and policies, and customers purchasing and monitoring coverage - requiring separate but visually consistent experiences for each.
02 - UX Research & Concept Development
Collaborated with the development team to define user flows and wireframes for both products - focusing on simplifying complex insurance information and reducing friction across onboarding, policy management, and purchases.
03 - Design Process & Prototyping
Built high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes validated with internal stakeholders, delivering:
- New logo and mascot design
- Responsive web app for policy management and purchases
- Consistent visual identity across intranet, client platform, and marketing campaigns
04 - My Role
Led design across both products, including:
- Logo and mascot design
- Agent intranet panel design
- Onboarding flows in collaboration with the Angular development team
