App UX/UI designWalltips - Travel experience web-app
Walltips was conceived as a lightweight and intuitive mini app designed to act as a digital concierge for guests staying in hotels, B&Bs, and hospitality properties. The goal was to provide immediate access to essential information about the accommodation and surrounding area, while also offering a curated marketplace of local experiences - from adventure and exploration to food and wine. The broader vision was to promote local territories and empower small businesses through a simple, accessible digital tool.

01 - Product Vision & Strategy
Walltips started as a frictionless mini app connecting hotel guests with local activities - no onboarding, no complexity. It evolved into a standalone platform aggregating experiences across the Italian territory, independent from individual hosts.
02 - UX Research & Concept Development
Led UX research defining personas across traveler types - leisure guests, experience-driven explorers, short-stay visitors. Journey mapping surfaced three recurring friction points: fragmented communication, lack of trust in third-party services, and information overload - directly shaping the core user flows and feature priorities.
03 - Design Process & Prototyping
Progressed from low- to mid-fidelity wireframes through user-tested interactive prototypes - iterating on decision-making paths and micro-interactions based on feedback. The product evolved across three formats:
- Mobile-first web app
- Responsive desktop version
- Standalone platform with a centralized catalog of experiences across Italy
04 - My Role
Owned the full UX/UI process, including:
- UX research and persona development
